Terms & Conditions

- First to pay policy. (If you failed to send your down payment within the first quarter of the month, your slot will be moved to a later date.)
- Pay 50% upfront before I start sketching. After the sketch is approved, pay the remaining 50% balance.
- Strictly no refunds once I start sketching.
- No rush commissions.
- Additional charges may apply for tattoos, intricate designs & background etc. Depending on the complexity.
- Once the illustration is complete, no more changes can be made.

COMMERCIAL USE

- For commercial use, add 50% of the base price. (Used for events & shops)
- Solo commercial use commissions sold to the market cannot be switched to shared art purchase.For Book Cover Commissions: x2 of the base price.

SHARED COMMISSION/ART PURCHASE

- You CANNOT resell your SHARED commissions/ art purchase once you received and used the artworks.
- Trading is allowed, but try to limit it as much as possible.

DEADLINES

- If there is a specific date/ deadline you will be needing your commissions, please send your reference in full details with your down payment a month or 2 weeks before your slot.

If you change your mind, message me beforehand if you plan to give out your slot.By commissioning me, you have hereby agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the terms, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and am not obligated to work any further with you.
